🔥 Another Round of BBQ, Y'all 🔥

The pits are fired up, the smoke is rolling, and we'd love to spend another weekend hanging out with the folks who've made the last 9 years so much fun. Just good food, good company, and one more excuse to hang out under the awning.

Whether you've been with us since day one or just discovered us recently, come grab a plate, swap a story, tell a joke, and help us make a few more memories.

We'll have the smoke rolling. Y'all bring the appetite.

SOLD OUT!

Y'all showed up and showed out today. We can't thank you enough for the support. We fired up the pits, and you cleaned us out!

Every brisket, every sandwich, every bite—gone. That's because of this amazing community, and we're grateful for every single one of you.

Don't worry, though, we'll be rolling smoke and loading up with more BBQ for tomorrow.

Buckle up for this one folks...

After 9 incredible years, it’s time for us to close the smoker doors for the last time. While it's easy to think about the negatives during such a volatile time in this industry, we're proud of 9 years in this business, and we want to focus on the positives that have come from these years.

What started as a simple love for BBQ turned into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Over the years, we’ve served thousands of meals, catered countless events, celebrated milestones with our community, and most importantly, met some truly amazing people. Many of you started as customers and became friends. For that, we will be forever grateful.

Smokers Only has been more than a BBQ trailer. It’s been a part of our family’s story. We’ve laughed with you, shared meals with you, and felt your support through every challenge and success along the way. None of this would have been possible without each and every one of you.

As we celebrate our 9-year anniversary this month, we choose to focus on the memories, friendships, and blessings these years have brought us. We couldn’t think of a better way to say goodbye than surrounded by the community that made it all possible.

We plan to be open this Friday and Saturday (19th-20th) and next Friday and Saturday (26th-27th), so stop by and hang out one last time. Then join us for one final cook at the city fireworks show on June 28th. Let's celebrate 9 great years, share a few more laughs, eat some great BBQ, and send Smokers Only out with a bang. 🎆🔥

To help clear things out, all remaining Smokers Only t-shirts and hoodies are just $5 each until they're gone. Lots of free koozies too, if you'd like a keepsake to hold on to.

A fresh batch off jalapeño poppers just came hot off the smoker! Filled with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, smoked to a crisp 😋

And we've got plenty of homemade buttermilk pie left! 🤤

The weather turned out beautiful for dinner, so come hang out under the awning and start the weekend off right! ☀️ 🍻

GOOD NEWS, BBQ FAM!

The plague has left the building, we're feeling human again, and the smokers are officially back to doing what they do best. 😎🔥

The smoke is rolling, the meat is cooking low and slow, and we're ready to 'que for another weekend.

Get your taste buds ready... brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey, sausage, jalapeño poppers, and that buttermilk pie you've been dreaming about all week.

Fair warning: We still only smoke a limited number of briskets a day, so when it's gone, it's gone, but the rest of the meats definitely won't disappoint!

If your weekend plans don't involve standing around a smoker for 14 hours, we've already handled that part for you.

Howdy folks - unfortunately, we'll be closed this Friday and Saturday (June 5th & 6th). Strep has made its way through our household and although we normally love to share, we'll be keeping our germs to ourselves. We appreciate your understanding. See you all next weekend!
