Thank you to everyone for the continued support. We are full up on orders tomorrow but we have we'll have another catering event on Wednesday of next week. We absolutely can smoke another barrel for who ever is interested. I'll be firing Bertha up on Tuesday. Lemme know what I need to throw on her!

High on our own supply. 😎🔥

Spent the day "sampling" the goods while getting everything ready for another catering job. Had the pleasure of smoking some homemade cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped meatballs. 🤤 Somebody has to make sure the 'que is up to standards...

We may have closed the trailer, but we're still deep in the BBQ game. If you've got a wedding, company lunch, family reunion, graduation, or any event that deserves real Texas BBQ, we'd love to take care of it.

Y'all absolutely showed up yesterday, and we can't thank you enough.

The support, kind words, stories, hugs, handshakes, and memories shared meant more to us than you'll ever know. We knew this community was special, but yesterday was a reminder of just how blessed we've been to be a small part of it for the last 9 years.

The smoke is rolling again today, and we've loaded up with more BBQ. If you stopped by yesterday, thank you. If you didn't make it out, we'd love to see you before we close this chapter.

Last Call for BBQ, friends!

This is it, y'all. Our final weekend serving BBQ is here. We'll be open this Friday and Saturday for our regular hours and Sunday evening for the festivities downtown.

If you've been meaning to stop by one more time, now's your chance. Come grab your favorite brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausage, jalapeño poppers, and buttermilk pie, swap a few stories, and help us celebrate an incredible 9 years.

The pits are fired up, the smoke is rolling, and we'd love to spend another weekend hanging out with the folks who've made the last 9 years so much fun. Just good food, good company, and one more excuse to hang out under the awning.

Y'all showed up and showed out today. We can't thank you enough for the support. We fired up the pits, and you cleaned us out!

Every brisket, every sandwich, every bite—gone. That's because of this amazing community, and we're grateful for every single one of you.
