☕️ ATTENTION STATE STREET COFFEE LOVERS❤️

Where do we even begin? 🥹

First, THANK YOU to our incredible community who came out to support us during the sale of State Street Coffee. Some of you came to shop, some came looking for equipment for your own coffee dreams, and some of you simply came to love on us. 🥰 Every single one of you meant more to us than you know.

And to all of the people who purchased equipment from us as you begin your own coffee shops, trailers, and businesses — we are cheering you on! We truly believe God had a plan to bless State Street Coffee, and He absolutely did. But what makes us even happier is seeing that blessing continue on through the people who purchased pieces of what we built. ❤️

When I first realized that God was asking me to sell the shop, I prayed over and over that we would be able to pass along more than just equipment. I prayed that we could pass along the heart behind what we were doing at State Street Coffee.

And honestly, there were moments when it felt like we were never going to find the right people for the trailer.

Then Bethann Niederman and her children walked through the door. ❤️

From the moment they came to look at the trailers, something felt different. After they finished looking everything over, Bethann put her hand on my shoulder and said:

“I just want you to know, we see your heart in this.”

Well… that did it. 🥹❤️

I teared up, and that night I prayed that if she made me an offer, I would accept it.

And here we are…

🎉 The State Street Coffee trailer is now the Niederman Family Farm Coffee Trailer🎉

We couldn’t be more excited about this next chapter for them. And one of the things that makes my heart especially happy is that they have chosen to continue working with our wonderful roasters Yield Coffee Roasters. ❤️

And yes… we are also training them on all of our State Street recipes! 🤗☕️
(Including the “Red Book” of Recipes)

So who knows… you may even see some of your favorite State Street baristas popping up over there! 😉❤️

We are so excited to watch the Niederman family take this little piece of State Street Coffee and make it their own.

Stay tuned for more updates as we help them prepare for their very first fall season! 🍂☕️

To our State Street family — thank you for five incredible years. Thank you for every cup, every conversation, every laugh, every prayer, every friendship, and every memory.

God knew exactly what He was doing.

And looking back now, we can see His fingerprints all over it. ❤️

State Street Coffee has ended its chapter, but the heart of what we built gets to keep going.

And for that, we are incredibly grateful. ☕️❤️🙏

These heartfelt words leave my lips every single morning while on my knees in prayer! "But when God" decides to take you up on those words it rocks your entire world! Well that's what happened to me yesterday morning! During my prayer and reading time God made me aware that I was to still close the shop on June 1st. I had made plans to stay open until it sold, I have staff scheduled for all next week, I have deliveries scheduled! It doesn't make sense! My daughter is here helping me now Lord, everything is going good my way! What do you mean tomorrow Lord?! 😢But... I can't...I can't do this! It's a business, I don't even know where to start?!

Close The Door! That's what I heard, and that's all I heard! No further instructions or plans. Just that final gut wrenching statement! How do you turn away from that? You don't! How do you argue with that? You don't! How do you even question that when all you have done for the past year is pray for His will not my own?! Those words left my lips again this morning, but first, I took a deep breath and asked for strength for me and my family to carry out his will in my life!

Closing the doors on 5 years of my life, it's a gut punch! Not just for me, but for my son! From start to finish he has been here with me! Through the good times and the bad! He has made as many friends as I have! And we are going to miss every single one of you!!💔 I may have to find some of you here on social media so I don't worry about you and I can still pray for you! Please keep us in your prayers as we navigate this season of our lives🙏🏻

🧈 BROWN BUTTER IS TAKING OVER STATE STREET COFFEE TOMORROW! 🧈

We normally don’t build an entire flight around a single flavor… but this Brown Butter Toffee was so ridiculously good that one drink just wasn’t enough. 😍

So we created FOUR unique drinks, each featuring that rich, buttery, caramelized goodness in its own delicious way:

This single-origin Costa Rica coffee is a full-bodied light to medium roast with a smooth sweetness from its unique Black Honey Process.
