Aubrey’s Fire & Fry We are a local food truck nestled in good ol’ Bethany Missouri. We take pride in cooking and preparing everything fresh to order because you deserve it.

The only thing frozen is our fries which are also fried in beef tallow. Not fast food, just good food!

We will be shutting down at 2 and re-opening at 4:30.
We are in our usual spot all day at the Bethany Eye Center.

ALSO! TOMORROW IS PHILLY FRIDAY. So get one while that lasts too, because we won’t be doing it again till next Friday.
Windows open at 7am and close at 1 then we re-open the windows at 4pm.

We’ve got the dream team today! Aubrie and Gracelyn!
We want to get your orders out quick today so you can get to the fair on time and not miss any of the action.
So come by and see us for some fast and delicious food.
Serving up cold smoked ham sandwiches on sourdough, crispy tenderloin sandwiches, juicy cheeseburgers and refreshing strawberry salads.
Come see us up at the Bethany Eye Center. We will only be open till 1, then we will be moving to the square and open by 4pm.

We were asked so many times these last few weeks if we would be at the Northwest Missouri Fair this year. Unfortunately we will not, BUT, we will be parked in our usual spot during the fair. 😁

So if you need a Ribeye Philly Cheesesteak fix, or a crispy Tenderloin Sandwich, or even a refreshing Strawberry Salad, this is when we will be out.

Also we are welcoming a new limited edition item to the menu.
Gyro’s! Lamb on soft pita bread served with cucumber, feta cheese, tomato, pickled onions and homemade Chipotle Tzatziki sauce on soft pita bread. We can’t wait for you to try it.
