Dale wowed the crowd with his delicious smoked bacon-wrapped pork belly stuffed with water chestnuts — a perfect combination of smoky, savory, and crunchy goodness that had everyone coming back for more!

A huge thank you to everyone who entered, sampled, voted, and helped make Bacon & Brews such a fun afternoon. We love seeing the creativity, friendly competition, and amazing food our community brings to the table.

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our very own Pizza Princess, Izzy! 🍕👑

For the past 2 years, Izzy has been helping keep the kitchen running and making sure your favorite pizzas and menu items come out just right.

Her favorite shift? Fridays! They’re usually a little less crazy than Saturdays, which means she can enjoy the night while still keeping the kitchen rocking.
