Summer means ice cream + a good book by the pool! 🍦💦 We tried to capture all the goodness of a perfect waffle cone with its toasted brown sugar, vanilla, and spice goodness into a latte for you! And of course the best waffle cones are dipped in chocolate, so expect that in there, too. It gets topped with whipped cream and rainbow jimmy sprinkles for that classic ice cream cone finish.

$1 from each Waffle Cone Latte sold during the month of June will be donated to the Morton Public Library, Tremont District Library, and the Illinois Prairie District Public Library! Summer Reading is happening now, with activities and prizes for all ages.

It’s been a weekend of celebrations for all the grads across our communities! Within our team, nine baristas, bakers, and shift leads at the shops + HUB graduated high school or wrapped up their college + trade programs! All of these lovely humans hustle so hard - they’ve already learned how to balance school, work, and their relationships with so much grace and maturity.

Many of them will be heading off to their next great adventure by the end of the summer, and even though this is a yearly occurrence for us, this part never gets easier. Weston and I and their managers get a front row seat as they grow + learn. Knowing they’re heading out into the world a little more empathetic, hard working, and with the essential life skill of how to make great coffee is the best feeling!

As you see them behind the counter this summer, wish them all the best. We’re so proud of them. ❤️ Congrats Audrey, Bella, Brooklyn, Grace, Lexi, Lily, Kate, Tommy, and Violet!
