🌮 Help Bring Rad.ish Street Food to the Streets! 🍟

I’m hoping that starting a GoFundMe will help me reach my goal a little faster and get my Rad.ish street food cart up and running!

I’ve been building Rad.ish since 2019, and I’m ready to take it to the streets with a fully equipped taco cart featuring a griddle and deep fryer. My goal is to serve vegan street tacos, street fries, and all the good stuff I’ve been dreaming up.

I’m just $1,000 away from getting the equipment I need, and a little support from my community could help turn this dream into something real.

🌱 RAD.ISH IS OFFICIALLY OPEN 🌱

Okay, Grand Rapids… we’re doing this. 🥹

Orders are officially open on the Rad.ish website!

This first menu is a little trial run while I get settled into my new kitchen and find my rhythm. I’m keeping quantities limited, so orders are first come, first served and will be open through Thursday, September 3rd — or until we sell out.

Pickup is Saturday, September 5th. ❤️

But honestly, this isn’t really about one menu or one dish.

What I’m most excited about is finally getting to show you what Rad.ish is all about.

I want to work with the beautiful produce being grown by our local farmers and take what’s available, what’s fresh, and what’s in season — and then see what I can create with it.

Sometimes that might become a Poke Bowl.
Sometimes it might become something completely different.

That’s the fun of Rad.ish. 🌱

I have so many ideas for what I want to create, and I’m incredibly excited to start bringing them to life here in Grand Rapids.

I hope you’ll come along for the ride and let me show you what I can do with local produce, a little imagination, and plants.

This is just the beginning. ❤️

I’m a vendor with Merchants and Makers and I’ll will be all set up with Dot Cakes, cookies and quick bread all made from local and hyper local ingredients! Detailed information below ✨✨✨
Saturday, July 11th from 9 AM – 4 PM, come downtown Grand Haven and shop with 100+ local makers along the beautiful riverfront.
This is a free community event filled with handmade goods, small businesses, and the best of West Michigan creativity.

Here it is, our last day. Throughout our time as a pop-up we never thought we would have employees or a payroll 😬 It was Covid era and we knew no one. Rad.ish would be absolutely nothing without the help of these amazing humans that helped us through these insane times, through the busiest we could ever imagine working in micro kitchens to surges of customers, all of these faces made Rad.ish happen and because of this amazing crew we’ve made the most special connections ✨✨✨ I’m probably going to cry now. Thank you so much to our incredible team! I’m going to try to tag y’all but if I miss a handle please tag yourself. We love you so so much! .28 & you two, omg you two. Homies for life! We can’t wait to see what’s to come with the future of Rad.ish and we are so incredibly grateful to have had you both as thick as thieves, through all the crazy times and the best of times we could always count on you both through it all. We love you both more than we could ever express! Here’s to the last day and to new beginnings xoxo ✨✨✨.

Hey all! Tomorrow is our last day here at Stone Hound. We have been so impressed by the amount of people coming in and showing their support all week! We thought we were prepared but man have y’all been keeping us hustling hard and we are so grateful! We are restocked and ready to take on our final weekend here but be aware that slowly (sometime quickly) some of our staple items will be permanently gone. We can’t thank y’all enough for showing so much love to our staff. This is an emotional yet exciting time for us and we hope you can feel it too!
