on days like this — there is so much gratitude in my heart that i could never be able to express into words but i am truly thankful.

the first picture is of me and my dad at the light house on old mission. my dad didn’t get too many days off but when he did he poured into our family.

he really is definition of believe in your kids and believe in their dreams. he was the compass pointing north to start samsara.
thank you dad.

the second picture is of kevin and our youngest daughter taking an order over the phone.

being a chef, partner, and dad — you getting up every day really means the world to us.

one day, i know we will look back at this chapter and pray that it mirrors picture one.

to the dads that come into our restaurant. we see you. you are loved. thank you for choosing us to share meals with your family.

Hi Everyone 🥲

You know that quote, “be nice to everyone, because you never know what they are going through.”

I am her and unfortunately it has reflected on Samsara.

Honestly, I am so grateful to have a partner that has hugged me through this all. Without being totally too vulnerable to you all, please give us some grace in navigating life in a business and as a family when you do come in.
