Hi Everyone 🥲

You know that quote, “be nice to everyone, because you never know what they are going through.”

I am her and unfortunately it has reflected on Samsara.

Honestly, I am so grateful to have a partner that has hugged me through this all. Without being totally too vulnerable to you all, please give us some grace in navigating life in a business and as a family when you do come in.

Wednesday May 20th we will be closed at 5pm. Our family does plan to attend the Central Grade Walk through. If you see us say hi!

we’ve been having plumbing issues for a couple of days now.

we are hoping to get back up and open for dinner tonight.

wish us luck —

if not today we will be doing dine in take out for dinner. *aka welcome to sit in, but everything will be in togo boxes.

UPDATE: We fixed it ourselves everyone. These are one of those updates that you really never know what to expect as a family restaurant business and it really shows what we are made of. A proud moment with grace and a thankful moment to be able to do dishes again.

Hiiii!

Our phone lines and internet was struggling yesterday. Charter finally got us going again and our phone lines are open.

Ps. New menu drop date will be during Traverse City Restaurant Week.

Also, if you don’t have plans for Valentine’s Day — we are taking reservations. Bring your honey on in to celebrate with us.

Sorry for our little break.

To be honest, sometimes this gets a little overwhelming, a little repetitive, hard to keep our mental space and creativity going.

Within this break — we took the time to be with our family. We laughed in the kitchen a lot. Shared many meals and found our creativity to cook with love again.

With that being said — we promise to update our Samsara family a little more on social media.

1. Look out for a special announcement on a new menu Monday.

*edit — our suppliers are changing their inventory which might effect us releasing our new menu. We should have everything figured out by Thursday.

2. We are will be open at 3:30PM today on Friday and on Saturday at 2PM with a limited menu. Please keep in mind this also might be the last time to get some of your favorite items.

We will be closed on Wednesday and Thursdays until 2025, due to holidays landing on the weekday.

in honor of our daughters birthdays.

As most of your know — we are a small family business. There is nothing more important to us than knowing that our girls get tucked in after we close the shop and when it’s their birthdays that we take a breather and take a moment of gratitude to inhale it all.

These are the moments where we really thank this community in supporting us. Without you all, the girls wouldn’t be as blessed as they are. Thank you for nurturing our girls with your support.
