In phenology, season creep refers to observed changes in the timing of the seasons, such as earlier indications of spring widely observed in temperate areas across the Northern Hemisphere.
With that we’ve put together a unique blend of coffees that we gradually change the roast profile to fit the changing of the seasons. In the spring and summer expect a slightly lighter roast of bright tropical fruits, herbaceous herbal undertones, and nuanced floral notes. In the colder months of autumn and winter look forward to a slightly darker roast with dark chocolate, warm spices, dried fruit and aged scotch.
