Health Dept. Review is finished. Pending final inspection.
Liquor License - Pending final inspection.
Construction Permits sometime this week.

Things are happening. We are a bit behind on schedule but I'm hoping for an early April open. And if you have interest in joining our awesome team send me a DM. We have many positions open and a chance for you to help us grow and shape our culture.

Nothing but gratitude for the Traverse City community. Thank you for the love and support for coming out, I saw so many familiar faces and got to meet so many new ones. I will continue to work hard for everyone to bring you Korean BBQ

For our grand opening, we wanted to showcase the traditional hanbok. We had the incredible privilege of meeting legendary hanbok designer 박술녀 to select a hanbok blessed for good luck and prosperity as we open our doors.

Park Sul Nyeo is a global icon in Korean fashion with her hand-stitched creations which have been worn by celebrities around the world, including BTS and even Britney Spears.

Our kimchi class was a huge success! I had such an amazing time meeting everyone and sharing laughs.

A big thank you to for hosting and to everyone who joined and supported us this season.

This officially marks the end of our season but it’s just the beginning of our next venture. So stay tuned for what’s next with Three Pigs Korean BBQ. I’ll be working hard to bring you Korean BBQ the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Join me for my end-of-season Kimchi Class in the Lunar Lounge at Tank Space.

Space is limited to just 20 guests. A beer is included and you’ll also take home your very own batch of fresh kimchi. We’ll chop, mix, and get our hands a little spicy while learning the art of kimchi-making.
