We are super proud of this summer’s Cafe Operation cohort. They will all graduate this year from NMC/GLCI as Certified Pastry Culinarians ready to take on the pastry world. Pictures below are Baking Certificate students Amber Gogo and Mackenzie Havlik who are proudly representing the hard work of Cafe Operations Bakery Management and Cafe Operations Dining Room Services classes. 💙🤍💙🤍 Today was opening day so If you are in the area between now and the end of July come on down and enjoy a coffee ☕️ and some pastries 🥮 . Hours of operation are Tuesday thru Thursday 7:30-11:30 AM. We offer sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, salads, and cold and hot handcrafted coffees and teas.
