Only 4 weekends left for the Roy Boy Coney Food Truck (aka Bull and the Bear)
Pictured is the infamous coney on 8th street, the Roy Boy. It’s a homemade coney sauce, almost a cross between and Detroit Style and a Flint Style
Then our specialty Fried Walleye Sandwich with a zesty remoulade. Lightly dusted and cooked to perfection (a fish po boy)
And one of my favorites, The authentic Maid Right Sandwich, aka a Tavern, aka a Loose Meat, but is NOT a sloppy Joe. Originating from Iowa, Ye Olde Tavern. Ground meat chopped loosely with proper seasoning and garnished with mustard, ketchup and pickle- chopped onions are also an option if you want. Served the original and ONLY way! (My wife is from Iowa, I learned from the source 😉)
