Upcountry Provisions Bakery and Bistro Since 2001, we’ve been our community’s go-to for fresh, locally-sourced, delicious food. We provide dine-in service, catering, and carryout.

We use organic and local produce as much as possible and along with King Arthur flour we use local milk, raw agave, and local eggs when the chickens can keep up. Our variety of breakfast breads, pastries, pies, cakes, and bistro items will vary according to season, availability, and our chef's fancy. Our Coffee is locally roasted in Greenville by West End Coffee and we gladly brew Mighty Leaf Teas. Thank you for visiting and we hope to see you soon!

Green Thumb School is excited to host a Run Hard After School Running Club—and students from across our community are invited to join us!

For eight weeks, our runners will build confidence, endurance, teamwork, and healthy habits before celebrating their hard work with a 5K at Unity Park alongside participating schools from across the Upstate! 🎉

📍 Practices at Upcountry Provisions in Travelers Rest
📅 Monday and Thursday afternoons
🏁 Race Day: November 21

Important dates:

• September 1 — Registration opens
• September 18 — Registration increases to $100
• September 22 — Registration closes
• September 28 — Week one begins
• October 18 — Earn Your Shirt Week
• November 21 — Race Day!
