The 8th Annual Thunder on the Choptank will bring some very exciting power boat racing to Gerry Boyle Park at Great Marsh this weekend, July 19 & 20.

In addition to watching the races you will be able to get food and drinks from Hooked on Seafood , The Red Shef, Amy Cool's Ice Cream, the Boy Scouts, and RAR Brewing.

Come on down to grab some lunch and watch boats racing at high speeds just a short distance from shore. Admission is free. There is $5 per vehicle parking donation to support power boat racing on the Choptank River. Racing should start around 10:30 am each day.
