After serving up our Cacio e Pepe Sicilian at the SF Pizza, Beer & Bagel Festival yesterday, we’ll have it at the shop TODAY!

Mozzarella, ricotta, Pecorino Romano, cracked black pepper, and fresh lemon zest — simple ingredients that come together for one seriously good slice.

If you didn’t make it to the festival, today’s your chance to see what we were serving up in SF. 🙌

What a day. 🍕❤️

For the third year in a row, we had the incredible opportunity to head to San Francisco and showcase Hella Pie as guest chefs at the SF Pizza, Beer & Bagel Festival.

There’s something really special about getting so many pizza people together in one place. Old friends, new friends, people we admire, and people who are just as obsessed with pizza as we are. We’re grateful every year that we get to be a part of it.

But the biggest shoutout goes to our crew. ❤️ Shoutout to Sanctuary Pizza for helping us out and collaborating with us.

Festival days are no joke. They’re fast, chaotic, and there’s a whole lot of pressure to keep the pizza coming. Our team absolutely crushed it. They worked hard, kept their composure, had fun, and represented Hella Pie in a way that made us incredibly proud.

Thank you for making the day so memorable and for showing everyone what our little pizza shop from Tracy can do.

Three years as guest chefs in SF — and somehow it just keeps getting better. 🍕🔥
