🚨 KIDS IN MOTION GROUP FITNESS IS HERE! 🚨

We are so excited to host our very first Kids in Motion Group Fitness Class at Dynamic Nutrition! 💪✨

This fun movement-based fitness class is designed for ages 5–13 and will include age-appropriate workouts, movement, and agility activities created by Coach Dalila! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

To make sure every child has the best experience, older kids and younger kids will be separated into groups for workouts appropriate to their age level.
