Good morning, and happy Tuesday beautiful people! Yesterday was no doubt a true monday, but we all made it through, so now we can hopefully have a nice, easy rest of the week and slide right into a great weekend. We are here at Dawn's Cafe every weekday for you, from 6am-5pm and our full menu runs from open to close. So we can get you caffinated, full, refreshed, or satisfied, no matter what time of the day it is!

Our summer specials menu will be coming to an end soon, so i wanted to have one of our Dubai Dream lattes before they are gone. Our dubai dream is a pistachio and chocolate flavored latte made with REAL Turkish pistachio cream striped up the cup, not cheap imitation. It has a strong but smooth pistachio flavor and has bits of real pistachio in the cream. It is also dizzled with chocolate sauce and topped with sweet cold foam. It is a very savory but sweet drink without being too sweet. I obviously paired it with our pistachio muffin, which is a incredibly delicious muffin by itself but just goes amazingly with the dubai dream.

Good morning and happy monday all my beautiful people! What a great weekend, and the weather held off for the most part. I hope all of your weekends were as great as you wanted them to be. Now let's get this week rolling so we can crush it and get to another weekend! We are here at Dawn's Cafe ready to help you do just that. We had a little oven trouble last week but all that is behind us and we are pushing full steam ahead now with all the coffees, smoothies, refreshers, food, treats, and ice cream that you love.

I brewed up a fresh batch of our one of a kind, house recipe, never from a box or a bag, never from concentrate, from start to finish in house made, cold brew. So that is definitely what I am starting my day with. Added a little coconut milk, cinnamon, caramel, and sweet cold foam. Paired it with out best selling Sausage, egg, and cheese, croissant. I love how the croissant always comes out soft but still flakey. Its always a winner. And yall obviously feel the same way since its our best selling sandwich.

Good morning and happy weekend beautiful people! It has been a crazy week for us and I am so ready for this weekend. Not that that means we will not be here. We will be here until 2pm today and tomorrow from 9-2, just like always. We hope all of your weekends go exactly the way you hope they do, no matter what that looks like for you. For us, that means a little relaxation and chill time and maybe some time enjoying the sun. Whatever your weekend plans are, we hope they go smoothly, and exactly how you want them too.

This morning, im doing something a bit different. I had a friend bring me some Kopi Luwak from Indonesia, so I wanted to make that up and offer you all a chance to try it if you would like. For those that dont know, Kopi Luwak is more commonly known as the "p**p" coffee. Google it if youre curious, I dont want to go into to much detail on this post, lol. It is a delicacy in most countries and highly sought after and very expensive to find authentic. I will not be selling this, it will be a free sample to whoever wants to try it. Either because of curiosity, or just to say they have tried this rare thing. I dont have alot of it, so it will be first come first serve and once its gone, its gone. I will be pairing mine with a bialy. A bialy is like a cross between a bagel and a English muffin. You fill the hole with cream cheese, or butter and let the warm bialy heat it up. It has a chewy but firm texture and a great, unique taste to it. If you haven't tried one, I highly reccomend it.

Good morning and happy friday all my beautiful people. Apologies for being absent the past few days. Been doing alot of things behind the scenes around here and by the time I get around to posting, it feels a little too late in the day. But everything is all taken care of now so its back to business as usual. And it is friday, so its the last day of most of your work weeks, so that's a major positive! And Dawn's Cafe is here to help you slide into the weekend on a great note. No matter if you need a little boost to help you make it through this last day, or if you just want to reward yourself for making it through the week, we have you covered down here!

Our oven is all fixed up, so i decided to have myself one of our pretzel melt sandwiches with one of the new drinks we are trying out for our next special menu. The pretzel melt is one of my personal favorite items we have. I describe it as a gormet grilled cheese. It is 2 pieces of pepper jack cheese and 2 pieces of Monterey jack cheese on a pretzel bun. It is just the right amout of spice and absolutely delicious. I usually put our handheld omelet on it, but i went without it this morning. We also offer the double stack on a pretzel bun. Which is the 2 cheeses along woth sausage AND bacon all on a pretzel bun. I know its been a pain not being able to get anything hot here, besides bagels, the past few days. But all that is in the past now since our oven is all good to go again. Come see us and let us get you what you want to pair with your favorite coffee.

Good morning and happy monday all my beautiful people! Its a new week and its going to be an amazing one, I can already tell. It was so great seeing all of you that stopped by this weekend. We really didnt know what to expect, with the oven being down, but we still saw so many of yall and we appreciate you all letting us be a part of your weekend! The oven is supposed to be back up and running later today so hopefully we can get back to serving you like normal. Until then, you can still come and see us here at Dawn's Cafe and get all of your caffine, drinks, treats, and ice cream that you love.

We made a fresh batch of our signature recipe, house made, never from concentrate, one of a kind cold brew this weekend. So I knew that's what I'd be having this morning. If you havent tried our original cold brew yet, give it a try sometime. It is stout and bold, but still smooth and flavorful. Usually i have it black with just a little cold foam on top, but this weekend a customer came in and ordered a unique combination of flavors and it smelled so good so I wanted to give it a try. This is a blackberry and lavender cold brew with a spash of coconut milk and cold foam on top. Im not really a big lavender fan, but this mixture is very good. I think the blackberry tones down the floral taste of the lavender and adds a good amount of sweetness to it. I was skeptical going into it, but this is a good combo that I would reccomend for someone looking for something real unique. Who knows, it may end up on one of our special menus sometime!

Good morning and welcome to the weekend all my beautiful people! We are here at Dawn's Cafe for you from 8-2 today and from 9-2 tomorrow. Our oven is down until monday at some point so no sandwiches, burritos, or calzones, but we have all of our treats available as well as bagels and avocado toast. And all the amazing drinks that you know and love, like coffee, lattes, macchiatos, smoothies, refreshers, cloud drinks, americanos, etc. Plus our summer specials menu is still going strong.

This morning I made myself my favorite drink, which is a toffee nut and vanilla latte. Figured I'd start what is sure to be an amazing weekend out with an amazing drink. Come see us so we can do the same thing for you!

Good morning and happy Friday beautiful people. We finally made it to the end of the week. Only a few hours left until the freaking weekend!! And its going to be an amazing weekend for us all, I can already tell. As many of you have already found out, our oven is currently down and has been since wednesday afternoon. We were hoping to have it back and going for the weekend, but that doesn't look to be the case. It looks like it will be repaired on monday at sometime due to a special part that has to be shipped in. So that means we cant make any sandwiches, burritos, calzones, or calzones. We apologize and fully understand if we dont see a few of yall this weekend. But that wont stop us here at Dawn's Cafe, we still can serve out all of our treats, ice cream, muffins, bagels, and avocado toast. And of course, all the amazing drinks that we are known for.

Fridays around here are known as frappe friday. Because Fridays are the perfect day to treat yourself to a amazing frappe for making it through another week! This morning, I made our mocha frappe and paired it with a red velvet muffin. We offer many different flavors of our specialty frappes. Come see us and let us create exactly what youre craving!

Good afternoon and happy Thursday all my beautiful people. I hope your pre-friday is going along smoothly and fast. We are rolling right along up here at Dawn's Cafe and we are here until 5 l, as always, to help end your day on a high note. It has been a super busy day up here already, in between getting some maintenance issues taken care, but we still have all the coffee and treats you need to end the day right.

Speaking of treats, our ice cream and milkshakes have really started taking off lately, especially in the afternoons. Come by and give us a try if you want to treat yourself to some of our hand dipped ice cream or custom made milkshakes. We can do shakes in pretty much any flavor, and our ice cream comes in Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Strawberry, Rainbow Sherbet, and Butter Pecan. This is one scoop of Butter Pecan in our standard bowl, with some waffle pieces and a little caramel drizzle. It is a perfect treat for this Georgia heat we are all dealing with. Come see what we can make for you today.
