One of the hugest under takings I have ever done. This cookie order was for 220 cookies for a ( i think) 40th anniversary party of the company. At first I was excited ....90 hours in.... I was exhausted and simply ready to be done. I am honored to have been even asked to do these in the first place though.

Cookies are definitely a labor of love. All the steps to make one cookie probably takes about an hour from making the dough, rolling the dough, cutting the shapes, chilling them before baking so they dont spread and lose their shape, baking them for 18 minutes , cooling, storing, making the royal icing, mixing all the colors and consistency, and filling the piping bags. Then comes decorating the cookies in multi parts so each section dries before doing the next. Once they are fully dry then comes individually packaging them all. I earned every single penny for this order . 😴😴😴😴 Do I have time for a nap? Nope!!! Got two cakes to finish for this weekend now :)

I want to thank one of my amazing long time customers ( you know who you are) for referring me! It takes a village. There are many customers who I now consider friends. I have followed your FB , watched your families grow. Celebrated along with you and have loved every minute of it all.

So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

Love this color pallet, the square cakes and everything about this wedding cake. Congrats on your big day!
