Your sourdough is legendary. Your cinnamon rolls are the stuff of dreams. Your pastries deserve to be tasted by more than just your close friends.

We're launching a Guest Baker program at Reading Leaves & Lattes and we want to feature YOU.

Here's the deal:
^ You bake in our kitchen
^ You sell to our customers (no marketing overhead)
^ We promote you on social + in-café (you get the spotlight)
^ One day, zero commitment (just try it out)
^ We provide Basic pantry staples, packaging materials, equipment, utilities, kitchen space; You provide your specialty ingredients.
^ You pay us: $25/day kitchen fee + 15% of your sales
^ You keep 85%. Baker sells $200 → pays $55, keeps $145

You keep your recipes. We handle the logistics. Your Townsend fans get to taste what you make.

What is this?!

Today we are making a sweet Thai chili vegetarian salad for our grab and go case! We aren't finished adding vegetables yet but this is going to be a good one.

Update the salad is amazing. Add some House made peanut sesame dressing and some crunchy Chow Mein noodles and you've got yourself a wonderful no cook meal.

We have grab and go cups in our fridge until 5:00 today.
