His handmade cutting + charcuterie boards — shaped, finished, and built by Jeff himself — are now available at the Dancing Bean Coffee House. Made from locally sourced hardwoods, they’re built for serious prep and beautiful enough for your next grazing spread. No two are exactly alike.

And yes — we’ve got Chef Jeff’s signature Board Butter on hand too, a beeswax and mineral oil blend he created to help keep them looking their best.

Going green never tasted so good. 🌎💚

This Earth Day, our Bearista Bailey is showing off two favorites: a signature matcha drink and our new house-baked gluten-free matcha chocolate chip cookie, now waiting in the pastry case.

At Dancing Bean Coffee House, caring for what we serve also means caring for where we live. We roast our Fair Trade Certified beans on our eco-friendly Bellwether roaster, which produces no direct emissions or VOCs, and we give back to the land by putting our roasting chaff and used coffee grounds to work in the gardens on our property.

A little greener, a little sweeter, and very worth celebrating. Happy Earth Day! 🌱
