We have plenty of weekend vacancies this month, many with hot tubs.

If you have a large group and need lodging for both RV's and Cabins/Houses at the same location we've got you covered.

If you want to ride either Black Mountain, or Leatherwood Off-Road Park, we're in a location where you can ride to both.

Food & Gas are located only 1/4 mile away at the Rail House Grill.

Two Shower houses, 30 RV Hookups, 19 Cabins (over a dozen with hot tubs), Trail Shop, Pavilion to sit up to 50 people, Laundry Mat, Welders & Torches, and Power Wash Station.

We are excited and pleased to announce the grand opening of Rail House Grill - Evarts on Friday, July 24th at 6 am!! Come down and see us! Our special for Friday starts at 11am until gone. 2 pieces of Catfish or Cod, 2 hush puppies , and your choice of 2 sides (fries, sweet corn, green beans, or cole slaw.) You can top that off with a delicious fresh baked cookie or our hot coal cake.
And as always, breakfast is served at any time.
