It’s been a while, but last night’s pizza adventure took us to Marzano’s in Torrington. Each individual pie had amazing flavors and the crust was perfectly charred! Their current monthly special - The Bellanese - was phenomenal! Definitely worth the trip!

WOW! Zuppardi’s was worth the hour drive for tonight’s pizza adventure! Definitely up there as a favorite! We ordered the Special - made with homemade fennel sausage, a Margarita and a white clam. And we did some damage… only a couple slices to take home. 🌟🍕🌟

Tonight’s pizza adventure brought us to Dominic and Vinnie’s in Middlebury. 3 pies ordered tonight: A sausage, meatball & onion, a clam casino, and a margarita. Yum! Great Friday night outing for the cousins ❤️🍕

Last night’s pizza adventure had us picking up take out at Bill’s Brick Oven in Morris. Knowing it has a small dining room, we opted to take 2 larges and a tossed salad home. All larges (we’d call them mediums- 14” pies) with toppings are $16.50- such a deal ($42 dinner for 4) - and the pizzas were great!!!🍕🌟😊

Last Friday night our pizza adventure brought us to Middletown’s Apizza Heaven. Small dining room but big patio for those dining in. The pizza was great! 🍕Super impressed with the crispy crust and their “signature” pizza sauce. We ordered a Signature Sauce with bacon, onion and meatball. We also had heard about their “secret menu” and requested their “secret”Vodka sauce, chicken cutlet and ricotta pie. YUM! This place is a hidden gem. Fridays they have $1 wings and everything tastes even better with a Foxon Park soda. 🥤

Tonight’s pizza adventure brought us back to Haven Pizzeria Napoletana in Prospect. We started with the zucchini chips (so good!) and 4 personal-sized pies. Delish! 🍕

It’s been a few weeks but we finally hit an old favorite on our way to UConn- . We LOVE their red potato pie ( got a regular and a gluten free) and a meatball, sausage and onion. So good! Missed having Lesley with us today but she will be with us on our next pizza adventure. 🍕

Kicking off a dedicated page to our pizza adventures. Tonight we visited 8Fifty Wood Fired Pizza in Middlebury. 5 yummy pies for the six of us. Our favorite was The Jagger that had cherry tomatoes and vodka sauce on it. Yum! 😋🍕 .
