UPDATE: CHAMP HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS OWNER!!! 😆🌺🥹❤️



His name is Champ, and he escaped when a gate was accidentally left open at their new home.

Champ’s owner shared that he’s probably only gotten about 8 hours of sleep this entire time because he was worried sick. 😭 He was especially afraid that because of Champ’s breed, people might be hesitant to help him.

Well, that certainly wasn’t the case! ❤️

Thanks to Michelle and the other amazing Good Samaritans who stepped up to help rescue Champ while he was running around on the freeway, this big boy is finally HOME! 🥹🌺

Mahalo nui loa to EVERYONE who helped, shared our post, and cared about getting Champ home safely.

We’re so excited to collaborate with SIAOSI ! 🔥🔥🔥

Well, maybe “collaborate” isn’t quite the right word. More like SUPPORT, because we’ll soon be carrying his delicious Otai B**r Co. ! A tropical blend of coconut, mango, and pineapple.

There’s something special about having an artist whose music you listen to throughout the day at work walk through your doors, talk story, and invite you to be part of something bigger.

It’s moments like these that remind us how much we love what we do. Good music, good food, good people, and supporting one another.

Huge mahalo to our ʻohana OnairwithQ for making the introduction and bringing us together!

We have a feeling some big things are going to happen. We can feel it, and we’re excited to be part of the journey!

🚨 FOUND DOG 🚨 PLEASE SHARE 🐾

This sweet boy was found Tuesday, October 6 around 4:51 PM on the westbound 105 Freeway, just before the Vermont Ave. off-ramp.

Most importantly, he is SAFE and being cared for by the person who found him. ❤️ He was scanned for a microchip, but unfortunately none was detected.

We’re hoping someone recognizes him and can help us find his family.

For his safety, proof of ownership will be required.
Photos, vet records, or identifying information that only his family would know.

We used to volunteer a lot more, but life and work have gotten so busy that we haven’t been able to do much lately. Spending a few hours at Baby2Baby today felt really good. 💙

Our task was simple, picking items, packing duffel bags with essentials. But while packing them, I couldn’t stop thinking…

Someone is going to need this bag.

It could be a family who lost everything in a fire, a parent and children escaping domestic violence, a child entering foster care, or parents struggling financially just to provide the basics.

That thought was gut wrenching.
Let me tell you, each card we hand wrote included genuine words of encouragement. Almost made me cry.

Baby2Baby provides diapers, clothing and basic necessities to children in need across the country. ❤️

If you have a few hours, grab some friends or family and volunteer! It’s only about 25 minutes from our restaurants.

Today was HOT, but there were a handful of us and it was absolutely worth it.

We’ve always loved music, pretty much every genre. 🎶 Hawaiian music, of course, has a special place in our hearts. That’s why you’ll hear it playing every day at all of our restaurants. 🌺

We don’t get to go out and enjoy live music nearly as much as we used to. Running multiple businesses isn’t easy, but we absolutely love what we do. 🥹

But there’s something about live music… getting to dance, sing, and just be completely in the moment. You feel insanely alive. The joy, the energy, the emotions, everything is heightened. And then you look around and realize you’re surrounded by people you love and respect, and you just feel incredibly blessed. ❤️

We headed over right after closing shop and had SUCH a great time dancing and singing along to Hawaiian Songman , Kevin Napoleon & Jordan T OFFICIAL 🎶🔥

Big shoutout and mahalo to all the musicians for giving us that release we didn’t even realize how much we needed.

Our ʻohana’s friend, Russell Kane, is missing and was last seen in the Gardena area near Figueroa Business Center, 17230 Figueroa St.

He may need assistance. If you see him, please approach with kindness and contact the number on the flyer immediately.

We met Reef Safe Mineral Sunscreen at the Made in Hawaiʻi Festival and fell in love with their products AND what this small mom & pop business from the Big Island stands for.

We’re always looking for good reef-safe sunscreen, and it’s crazy how hard it can still be to find, but we found one!
