In 1980, after his father had passed, his father handed him the Kebab recipe to be passed down. From there, Mac had set forth to immigrate to the United States to take on his father’s legacy, manifesting his dream by opening a restaurant to spread the way Authentic Mediterranean Cuisines is experienced. With the collaboration of Chef Penne Davidi (who was recently featured on Cutthroat Kitchen on The Food Network), helped put together a menu that took more than 2 to 3 months to assemble, with a fusion of Italian and Persian Cusines
On November 2016, Mac opened Cafe Roma Cuisines in the heart of Torrance, California, the dream he cherished for so many years. His motto till this day he stands by, “Just Like The Way Back At Home…..Show the Way We Are And What We Do”
