I hope everybody is doing well. I sure do miss seeing everyone! Big news though: Rudy's (Pig & Pie) will be opening November 9th. Hours will be 11-9pm and closed on Tuesdays. I'm quite sure the new owners are going to do a splendid job. This is such great news for the whole community. Hi everyone, it certainly has been nice to have a break after 21 years, but I am already missing all the customers and coworkers I have enjoyed throughout those years. I hope you are all doing well. The good news is that Rudy's has been purchased and the new owners hope to be open sometime in mid October! This is a very exciting development. Take care everyone and again, thank you so much for the opportunity to meet and serve you all.

Hello, I hope everyone has had a great Summer. It's been a busy one at Rudy's as usual. It will however, be our last one as we end 21 years in Topping. The business is still for sale at 25k (or make offer) and if it doesn't sell whole, the equipment, food etc.. will be sold off separately. I'll post that information on FB the first of September. Hopefully someone will rise to the challenge and purchase Rudy's and continue to sell our incredible homemade Pizza and BBQ!
We will close permanently Sept 5th. After that I will be at Rudy's moving out the rest of the month. If you have an interest in the business or equipment either come by or call my cell (804) 824 4042.
I can't express enough how much I appreciate the opportunity to have served such a great community for 21 years. I'm very grateful. Thank you!

Hi everyone, sorry I have not been on our FB page in quite a long time. It is always a crazy, wild week at Rudys and there never seems to be time to update on social media. I do need to tell everyone we are closing at 8 pm now (and 6 pm on Tuesdays) instead of the usual 9 pm. Thanks to my incredible crew and lots of luck we have not missed one day during the current tough times. There have been very few changes to our operations besides our hours and taking salads off the menu temporairliy. We also ask that when you visit please observe the safety precautions we have set up. Thanks for everyones patience, we look forward to serving you at Rudys! I hope to add more info on here as well as some pictures of our truly unique food. Stay well, Tommy

I hope everyone has been warm and safe in the recent snow and bitter temperatures. Its been a brutal winter but we have enjoyed seeing everyone who came in and hope not to miss any more days because of the weather. The free small BBQ pizza promotion was a great success and got quite a few folks excited about that uniquely delicious pie. Currently our special is a pound of slow cooked BBQ for 2 dollars off (limit one please) making it $6.99. Come on by and see us. And join us in wishing for an early Spring as well here in river country!

Its a new year in Topping at Rudys Pizza BBQ and its been INCREDIBLY cold! Thanks to everyone who has been braving the elements and coming to see us. We have been running the 12 Year Anniversary Special and it has been quite popular. The special is a large cheese pizza for $9.99 and we plan to hold it over for another two weeks. There are also a few new things we have run and have kept on the menu after positive feedback, such as the beef brisket sandwich and the homemade crab cake. So thanks again, and come see us at Rudys as you are passing on through!

Thanks to everyone who came in for a sample of our BBQ, it was good to see old faces and meet some new people as well! We are glad to announce that we will be having soups and lasagna during these colder months. Currently we have a delicious creamy New England clam chowder. More specials and promotions are to come, so keep your eyes on the sign out in front of Rudys and on here. And as always, thanks so much for your support!
