Tonight I realized I made a mistake on a customer’s order, and unfortunately I have no way to contact him directly, so I’m hoping he may see this message. You ordered a Panang Chicken ($17 before tax) and a Shrimp Pad See Ew ($17 before tax). The subtotal should have been $34, plus tax in Toppen*sh, making the correct total approximately $36.82. Unfortunately, I accidentally added and charged an extra Pad Kee Mao that was not ordered.
As soon as I discovered the mistake, I immediately canceled the incorrect charge and corrected it with the proper amount. I’m truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. We always do our best to take care of every customer, and I feel terrible that this happened.
