Thank you for all of the great memories 🫶🏻
I am still hoping to one day open up a brick and mortar shop, and rebrand and rename the company.
So it’s not goodbye forever just see you later.
But this chapter is now officially closed 🖤

The Nordic Brew trailer itself is on its way to bigger and better things. Her new home will be in Idaho where she will get a facelift and new name, where more people will get to make memories with her.

Hello my friends 🖤
A little update,

There still are quite a few changes in progress but I miss you guys and my coffee trailer so much!
I want to try to have a soft opening and try again during this ‘renovation’ time.

While some of you are excited to hear the news, it’s going to be a little bitter sweet as I’m no longer on that side of the mountain. I will keep you guys updated as the progress continues but I will most likely be in Utah/salt lake county.

A few changes coming to keep an eye out for,
Rebranding
New look (eventually)
New locations

Until further notice we will temporarily be closed 💔

As some of you know we can no longer stay at our current spot, and I unfortunately cannot tow my trailer while I'm still healing from the accident as I can't drive yet.

I appreciate all of you that have offered to tow it places for me but unfortunately there's a little more work involved other than just parking it so that would be too difficult. Although yall are so sweet for offering!

HOWEVER, this is not all sad news. My friends over at the Benson grist mill farmers market have graciously offered to take my trailer to the farmers markets on Saturday! I will have a few people helping out until at least one of my arms heal so; make sure to at least stop by on Saturdays and we can catch up over your favorite drinks 😊

To my regulars, I apologize for this little setback but I'm hoping it won't take long!! I miss seeing yall so much

!! PLEASE READ !!

Just an update for my Lotus drinkers:
The Lotus company has changed the ingredients of Lotus without telling us until recently- I don't know how long I have been serving the blend with the new ingredients and I apologize. (There's currently quite a bit of drama between us coffee shops and Lotus lol)

They have since taken out lotus flower extract, rhodiola and have replaced it with Ashwaganda- which people with auto immune problems typically have to steer away from. When you see the ingredients listed 'adaptogens' it is ashwaganda.

I just wanted to be transparent with yall so you can decide if continuing to drink it is still for you.

This weeks schedule Ariana will be open from 8:30-2:30

We aren't sure how long we will be open after this week, we need a new semi-permanant spot as I won't be able to drive for weeks still 😔

This is one thing I love about small towns, Salt Flat Coffee Company was so sweet and saved the day to help us out.

As yall know I was in an accident and haven't been able to work, so I have had Ariana working the trailer for me but she doesn't do any of the ordering etc and I've been a little out of it so we unfortunately ran out of beans halfway through yesterday 🤦‍♀️
Today we have beans and are open and running thanks to the guys over at Salt Flat Coffee 😁 it's all about supporting each other, lending a helping hand even to those that are 'competition'
