How the day started, Private Chef Breakfast for 25 in Holmdel. Resting in the sitting room before our next event. 4:45 am start, and yes I would like another expresso!

We are just about at 3500 followers. Don’t sound like a lot, but I am grateful. No blue check, but they know me in the streets! No brand deal yet, but people buy where and what I buy! No big payouts from any of my social media outlets, but my real engagement is felt. I heard this audio and said this is perfect. Because Heavenly Eats Catering is organic and while it may take a bit to get to 1 million followers (if that’s for me) I’m just enjoying the ride. 650 subscribers on YouTube. Not bad for a 50 something chef who pushed all the chips to the middle of the table 4 years ago. My journey has been incredible and I am Blessed.

My Canoly C-16 juicer strikes again. Couldn’t be more happy with the results. You see 14 juices I see excellent hydration, improved circulation, inflammation reduced, immune system boost, and a super great cold press taste.

Today we got better. So hyped. This may not mean much to you but the world to me. We are in our 3rd season of the Ocean County Library NJ Food Tour. This years theme is Farmers Market Meals. I made a decision that whatever library they send me I would support a local farm market. in Tuckerton NJ is where I visited and bought my supplies for my cooking demo today at the Tuckerton Branch. That’s not even the coolest thing. I crushed the demonstration and displayed and gave away some of the goods I bought. I talked about importance of supporting local markets and spoke to some of the benefits. Talked about my experience at Cedar Post Farm Market. I stopped by after my demo to say thanks and let them see the pics. The owner said dude people are coming in left and right and buying produce. The expensive stuff, they said they were at a class and……I said hell (heck) yeah! This was the dopest thing that worked out beautifully. Farmers and farm markets are hurting. The owner tried to give me a discount when I came on Tuesday, he said something cool about giving that I forgot. I didn’t want the discount just wanted to support. He was right tho, it came right back to him!!!! He’s in the last pics. My heart is so full.
