Tom’s River South Highschool showed up and showed out last night at RWJBarnabas Health Field of Dreams . The Undefeated Hawks played the TRS Tribe in Monday Night Flag Football at the complex. It was an awesome time for us and them. The Italian Hotdogs went crazy and the Snack Shack did numbers. Thank you to all who came out and supported. Huge THANK YOU to the TRS Business Academy for sending me some excellent students who want to learn and really hold it down with the customers. Monday Nights at the complex is an experience. Come check us out!

These are my Collard Green Mac and Cheese Eggrolls. They hit everytime! However I don’t make collard greens, not because I can’t but because it’s too much work. Sooooo I get my collards from Eileen Lee Borders who owns Eileen’s Soul Food and Catering LLC in Neptune. She is my colleague and friend and is always there when I call. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you want a treat.

She didn’t ask me to post but in my line of work you gotta know your strengths. She makes them way better than I do cuz that’s her jam. If she needs Chicken Francaise she will hit me up. Supporting each other is what we do. No worries about competition because there is enough out there so we all can eat. I appreciate you Mrs. Eileen and thank you for your contribution to my creation that had them licking their fingers Friday night. Happy Sunday! Be an encouragement to others….

In earlier news today. I pulled up on my favorite service team ! They never had it so I had the bless them with my French Onion Soup Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. Took care of all the service department right in the parking lot. Fresh out the frying pan. Any place, anytime Heavenly Eats Catering could show up! It’s not always about making money, building relationships or rather just doing something nice is pretty dope!
