Hi! It's been a few years but I am still here. A lot has happened in these years and by a lot I mean ALOT! I am still baking but have chosen to pursue a career to become an Esthetician. I have 3 weeks left until I graduate and take my state board exam. I have always had a love for skincare and absolutely love giving facials, dermaplaning, waxing, hydrafacials, chemical peels and more! With that said, I am in need of models to receive facials, makeup, waxing and more.

Another Christmas Cake. This one is Red Velvet Cheesecake. 2 layers of red velvet and a middle layer of creamy cheesecake with a slight hint of Eggnog (think nutmeg). All frosted in a creamy vanilla buttercream with a white chocolate ganache drip. Of course this will keep in the freezer until Christmas!

It is up for grabs, message me if you'd like to have it on your dessert table!

French Macarons are available!! I absolutely love making these for the holidays! They look so pretty on any dessert table. The colors and flavors are amazing.

Another cake for the holidays. This is a Winter Wonderland Cake (or Frozen theme). Tender white cake layers, creamy vanilla filling and a light fluffy vanilla buttercream. 8 inch round and will feed easily 16 people.

There's something about sugar cookies during the holidays, they just hit different. Especially when they are filled with Christmas sprinkles, frosted in a creamy vanilla bean buttercream and stacked into a 3 layer cake. So when you can't decide between cookie or cake, have both- a sugar cookie cake. The cookie layers remain soft and slighty chewy thanks to the buttercream!!

This might just be *one* of the best things I have ever made! And that is saying a lot. Oreo crust, Peppermint cheesecake filling, white chocolate ganache and homemade Peppermint whipped cream. Im a huge fan of white chocolate Peppermint and this hits all the feels with me. The oreo crust adds just the right amount of chocolate and crunch. And the Peppermint flavor is just right, not overpowering but simple and refreshing. I could go on and on about it but you're probably craving some right now.

Quick non professional picture of a cake I made a few weeks ago. This is a sweater cake and it was Eggnog flavored. Eggnog cake layers, Eggnog custard filling and Eggnog buttercream. Now I get it, Eggnog is hit or miss. I'm not gonna lie it is a straight up hit with me, warm or cold, Spiked or not, plant based or not, I'll have some. But my kids not so much, I think its the name- eggnog- it doesn't *sound* too appealing to the taste buds. Oh and by the way this is made with my homemade Eggnog.

Happy December! Basically Christmas is tomorrow (not really but it definitely will feel like it is). Started the month off strong with a basic vanilla bean sheet cake decorated like a Christmas Tree. Sometime it's the simplest that is best.

I have a lot of cakes planned for the month- all holiday themed. So keep your notifications on because I like to give them away to families for their holiday dinners and family gatherings!

And I am super excited to do "Amanda's Annual Christmas Cookie Palooza". I will have tons of cookies I'm making and I will post a few cookie platters to giveaway.

Keep an eye out!!

And my baby will be 1 in 22 days. How is that possible?!

We had a little taste test party. I made 5 swiss cake rolls for us to taste. My kids definitely enjoyed getting to try 5 different cakes.

First up is oreo- chocolate cake filled with a whipped cream and lots of crushed oreos, chocolate ganache on top and more oreos.

Next is a cookie butter (my personal favorite!) The cake is loaded with cookie butter and crushed biscoff cookies and filled with a cookie butter buttercream and more cookies

Third is a traditional pumpkin roll with brown butter cinnamon cream cheese filling (delicious!!)

Forth is a hummingbird which is banana cake with crushed walnuts/pecans, and filled with a pineapple drizzle and brown butter cream cheese

Not pictured is an Neapolitan ice cream cake roll which was a top favorite for my kiddies followed by the oreo.

Each (minus the ice cream one) are available to order throughout the holiday season. They are beautiful sliced up on a platter. Or if you want your own taste test party order a couple!!

Another Halloween cake. This one is 3 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling frosted in my vanilla buttercream and covered with sprinkles...except for the cats walking around the cake 🤣 oh and those little ghosts on top.

This one is up for grabs if anyone is interested. It is frozen and will keep until Halloween if left frozen. Message me
