Any one have any suggestions for local businesses I can reach out to for this? So far I have a DJ and a performance artist who want to party with us! We need a stage 🤔! Maybe tents for spooky decor? Maybe we'll reach out to local PD and FD for touch a truck activities? What do you guys think?

For the past 16 years, SweetGuy Ice Cream has wrapped up each season by hosting Ice Cream Halloween, where we give away 2,000 FREE ice creams to local trick-or-treaters as our way of saying thank you to this amazing community.
This year, I'd love to make it the biggest celebration yet.
I'm looking for a handful of local businesses that would like to partner with us to create an unforgettable event while putting all of our businesses in front of thousands of local families.
I'm especially looking for:
🎪 Bounce houses & inflatables
🎵 Stage, lighting & sound providers
🎈 Party rental companies
🎨 Face painters & balloon artists
🍿 Family-friendly attractions, games & activities
We're already off to a great start! We've partnered with an awesome local DJ who will be providing the music, sound system, and lighting for the event. We'll be introducing him soon with dedicated posts highlighting his business, and we'll be encouraging our followers to support him just as he'll be supporting this event.
This isn't just a one-day event. From now until Halloween, we'll actively cross-promote each other's businesses through social media, event announcements, and marketing leading up to the big day. Every partner will receive recognition before, during, and after the event. My goal is for everyone involved to gain exposure, build new customers, and help create something truly special for our community.
