Congratulations to those that guessed - Cheese Curds! Others mentioned: Sandwiches (very popular), fry pies, frozen pies, squash and our seasonal mums are all popular but they did not exceed the sale of our fresh cheese curds. We buy flash frozen cheese curds from LaGranders cheese factory in Stanley, WI. We bring them to room temperature during the night and sell the following day. None are kept after 24 hours. Fresh cheese curds are a WI staple that so many people enjoy snacking on. And it's a healthy snack!!!
