Saturday morning plans? I’ve got you covered.

I’ll be at the Tolland Farmers Market at the Country Butcher from 10 AM–12 PM with a table full of fresh baked goodies, including plenty of cookies, roasted garlic focaccia, and yes, the long-awaited return of strawberry rhubarb pie.

The market is one of my favorite parts of the week. Good food, local vendors, friendly faces, and a chance to get out from behind the oven and catch up with all of you.

So stop by, grab something delicious, and say hello. I’ll be the one trying very hard not to eat all the focaccia before the market opens.

Two missed On Tap weeks feels like a lifetime over here, but I promise there was a very good reason.

I’ve been patiently waiting for the strawberries to catch up to the rhubarb, and the wait is finally over. 🍓🥧

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie will make its first appearance of 2026 this Saturday at the Tolland Farmers Market at the Country Butcher from 10 AM–12 PM.

A few things to know:
🍓 Limited preorders open tomorrow morning at 7 AM
🍓 A small number of pies will be available at the market
🍓 Strawberry rhubarb pie will be on the menu weekly through 4th of July weekend
🍓 If you’ve been waiting all year for this one, now is your time

Sweet strawberries, tart rhubarb, and a flaky all-butter crust. Summer has officially arrived at Butter & Bloom. ☀️💛

Apparently I got a little ahead of myself in my last post! 😅

Butter & Bloom will NOT be at the Tolland Farmers Market this Saturday, June 6th. You’ll find me there Saturday, June 13th with fresh focaccia, pies, and all the baked goodies you’ve been waiting for.

Thanks for rolling with my little scheduling mix-up! I can’t wait to see everyone next weekend. 💛

Butter & Bloom Bakery will be at the Tolland Green Farmer’s Market tomorrow from 10 AM–1 PM, and I’ve got all the market favorites ready to go!

On the menu:
🥧 Cherry Pie (full-size and mini!)
🍞 Garlic & Asiago Focaccia
🍪 Fresh-baked cookies in regular or mini

If you’ve been waiting for focaccia, don’t wait too long—I have a feeling it’s going to be a close race between the pie and the bread to see what sells out first.

Thursday mornings in my kitchen are something special. From loaves of focaccia to cherry pie, the baking aroma filling the house, flour everywhere, music playing, and me trying not to eat something before it's time to deliver. Honestly one of my favorite parts of the week.

I battled the raspberries and the raspberries lost... hopefully 🤞 I ear marked this zone for flowers and flowers there will be. I'm probably going to beed a dog by August to protect all the blooms from the deer. 😁🤫🐶

I huge shout out to the big man for helping me move 10 yards of compost this weekend. Maybe he'll eat some of the veggies I grow in it all this summer.
