Happy Cabernet Day!🍷
Mancy’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Napa Valley w**e selected by Gus working with w**emaker, Tom Hinde. Tom worked at Mancy’s years ago, and we are pleased to have him involved with the creation of this w**e commissioned especially for our 100th anniversary.��The blend is 95% cabernet sauvignon, 3% merlot and 2% verdot. It was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

The result is rich and flavorful. Red and dark fruits are apparent in the nose with plum, currant and blackberry tones. The aroma is layered and shows the power of cabernet and of oak nuance. A silky texture, and a clean, long finish provide ample tannins for aging.
