I started making Gourmet apples out of my home in 2008, and have continued to grow thanks to loyal customers. Most people have never had a gourmet apple but love it once they try them. I use fresh Granny smith apples and make them beautiful and delicious. There are many different varieties to choose from depending on the Holiday or occasion.
