We are still smiling from yesterday 🥹💙

Our very first Fritzie & Flea was more amazing than we ever could have imagined. Seeing so many people come out to support local vendors, shop small, enjoy treats, and spend the day with us truly meant everything.

To all of our incredible vendors — thank you for your hard work, talent, and for helping bring this event to life. And to everyone who attended, shared our posts, told friends, and showed up to support us… thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The love and support from our community was overwhelming in the best way possible, and we are beyond grateful. ☀️🍦🛍️

As you plan your day, please take a moment to review the parade route and traffic updates shown on the map. Summit Street will be closed between Manhattan and 101st from approximately 10:45 a.m. until noon, with additional road closures in place to Safely accommodate the parade route from Cullen Park to Friendship Park.

🚧 Key Reminders 🚨
• Parade begins at 108th Street
• Parade concludes near Friendship Park
• Summit at the bridge and westbound 131st at 305th will close at noon
• Summit will be closed between Manhattan and 101st from 10:45 a.m. until noon. Traffic will need to wait for the parade to pass.
• Parade will be approximately One Hour.

A special thank you to the residents, businesses, and visitors throughout Point Place for your patience during these temporary closures.

We’re especially grateful for the businesses along Summit Street that help make Point Place vibrant year-round. Be sure to stop by, say hello, and support them while you’re enjoying the festivities.
