Hanoi arrives with quiet confidence, where fragrant herbs, warm spices, and thoughtful details invite you to slow down and savor the moment.

Our next Golden Hour destination is Hanoi.
A city of hidden cafés, crowded side streets, sizzling skillets, and meals built one bite at a time.

Here, bright herbs meet smoke and char, cold drinks cut through summer heat, and every table tells a different story.

For June, we've drawn inspiration from Hanoi's vibrant street food culture and layered culinary traditions—bringing together shareable plates, aromatic cocktails, and flavors that balance freshness, richness, heat, and restraint.

** As the days grow longer, so will Golden Hour. Beginning in June, Golden Hour will now extend until 7pm.**

Join us Tuesday through Thursday and spend an evening in Hanoi—no passport required.
