We loved seeing everyone at the market yesterday! We are so grateful to be supported by so many of you! We had 880 hugs yesterday and it truly filled up our spirit cups!

But we especially loved seeing our dear friend and purveyor from !

He is always there for a fun time, creative experimentation with drinks, a good joke, and a great story! We love the entire family and can't rank them, but he's a top 8 Knueven for sure!

And at Flying Rhino Coffee, we are proud to be a long time partner and friends with Knueven Creamery! Good ass local milk, at all of our locations and events, makes the difference in everything we do!

Hi Cuties!

Just poppin' on to give a little update about everything that's been happening since the fire at the end of February.

We are still roasting away to our hearts content and providing excellent service and quality coffee to our wholesale partners and coffee shops thanks to other roaster friends!

The kiosk inside UTMC is busier than ever for our regulars and where you can get all your latte, breakfast sandwich, house made simple syrup, and cold brew fix and goodness.

The flagship shop still remains closed but has been restored and fire remediated. New machines and merchandise are eminently arriving and OUR NEW ROASTER IS BEING FABRICATED AND WILL BE HERE AT THE END OF JULY! Thanks to !

Meanwhile we have just been taking the time off to explore new places and music, eat all the good foods, buy a new van, read some great books, work on recipes, meet up with friends, love on our little family, love on our baby animals and champion our community as they have done for us!

WE ARE BACK AT THE FARMER'S MARKET SATURDAY, MAY 2ND! For the first outdoor Summer Market of the season with the whole crew! AND WE WILL HAVE WHOLE BEANS FOR RETAIL!

We appreciate all those who have reached out, who have helped out, who have loved us through and stuck with us! (Especially our insurance agents!)

Hey y'all - a little roastery update.

Last Friday we experienced a fire in the roastery. First of all (and most importantly), everyone is safe.

Because of this, Flying Rhino Coffee + Supply will be temporarily closed for the next couple of weeks while we clean and restore the space; ensuring everything meets the quality and safety standards we expect before resuming operations.

Our online store and subscriptions are temporarily paused during this time. However, we are still supplying our wholesale partners with delicious coffee. If you'd like to support us during this time, please show our café, bakery, and stockist partners some love. We've tagged a few in the comments. 👇🏼

Join us for the 2nd Annual celebration of finding your next favorite book! Grab a coffee and browse the shelves. Bring Up to 10 new or gently used books to trade!

BRING US YOUR BOOKS! 📚
-Books can be dropped off and collected at Flying Rhino Coffee starting March 1st, 2025 or at our table at the on Saturday Mornings all March. We will be collecting books up until the morning of the event.
-Vouchers will be given out to use during the BOOK SWAP upon book collection.
-Prior drop off is appreciated so staff can get books organized.
