Sixty-nine years ago today, on August 6, 1957, Frank and Gloria Incorvaia Sr. purchased this building—contents and all—for just $4,500 and opened the doors to Inky’s.

What began as a dream has grown into a family tradition spanning generations. Today, 69 years later, we’re proud to still be serving our community with the same dedication, great food, and family values that started it all.

To our loyal customers, friends, and family: thank you for your love, support, and for making Inky’s a part of your lives throughout the years. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

I’m so grateful to call you my father.

Thank you for always leading by example, believing in me, and showing our family what kindness, perseverance, and generosity look like. The restaurant is successful because of your passion, but it’s the love and respect you show everyone that truly makes it special.
