‘Twas the night before move-ins at Ferrara Flats,
The team took a moment to tip all their hats.

The dust had been swept and the floors shone bright,
While sparkling new appliances caught every light.

The tote bags were waiting, the Yeti cups too,
All ready and wrapped up for residents new.

The views from each window looked peaceful and fair—
Tonight our very first neighbors will be there. 🏡✨

When I say that I have the best customers, I absolutely mean it!

One of the schools for Teacher Appreciation Week was Elmhurst Elementary. After I posted about decorating sleeves, I had a member of the PTA reach out and want to decorate sleeves for the staff. She picked them up and brought them back to me and did an absolutely amazing job.

Their theme for the week is Friends, what do you think?

Good morning Wanderers!

Starting today, we're spreading love and positivity through our hot cup sleeves.

When you stop in, you have the opportunity to leave a message or a small picture on a sleeve for a future customer. Kids are able to make one as well.

Today's sleeves were decorated by Ms. K's class at Estabrook Elementary in Ypsi!

Have a class or organization that would like to decorate some sleeves? Send us a message and we'll see what we can arrange.
