Happy New Year from De Borinken! We are so grateful for the support of our friends, family, and followers & are excited to take on the New Year. ✨🇵🇷

Balancing work, family and the food truck is a team effort, and we hope to get out there more this season! In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering dinners and catering that will be available monthly, and through special order.

The menu will vary, and be posted in advance for pre-orders. Items you can expect will be listed below. We ask for your patience and grace as we navigate this endeavor! ❤️

- arroz junto con gandules, habichuelas, y pollo (yellow rice with pigeon peas / beans / chicken)
- alitas (chicken wings - regular / with a kick)
- arroz blanco con pollo guisado / carne guisado
(white rice with chicken stew / beef stew)
- pernil (pork shoulder)
- carne frita (fried pork chunks)
- tostones (fried plantains - savory)
- pastelillos (ground beef meat pies)

More items may be added as we go on. So excited to share our cuisine locally with our supporters. Thank you! 💙🤍❤️
