Thanksgiving is handled. You just show up hungry.

Skip the 5 a.m. alarm, the grocery store chaos, and the "is it done yet?" panic. Our whole turkeys are brined, rubbed, and smoked low and slow until the skin turns mahogany and the meat stays juicy all the way through. Every side is made from scratch with elevated ingredients. No shortcuts, no boxes, no stress.

You get the credit. We do the cooking. 😉

Each feast includes a whole smoked turkey + all three sides, sized for your group:
• Brussels Sprouts w/ Balsamic & Maple
• House Focaccia Stuffing
• Glazed Shallot & Leek Mashed Potatoes

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Table (12–14 guests): $475
🏘️ Big Crowd (16–18 guests): $550

🍯 Add Orange Blossom Honey Ham to any feast: $110 (serves 10–12)

Whole Smoked Turkey: $185 / $225 / $265 (small / medium / large)
Orange Blossom Honey Ham: $125 half / $225 whole
Any side: $75 (serves 8–10) or $110 (serves 12–15)

✅ Drop-Off delivery, so you don’t have to travel
✅ Simple reheat instructions included, table-ready in under an hour
✅ No dishes piled in your sink

We didn’t grab too many photos due to some timing issues and the amount of work involved..
.But check out this Espresso/Coffee-Chili rubbed Brisket from Jacob Carl Barrick that was going into our “Barrick Brisket Breakfast Burritos”. We promise to try to get out to more releases; and also partner with other vendors, storefronts, groceries, etc..if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, please message us direct 😄😄

Huge shoutout to Refined Gaming and their amazing community for supporting our pop up restaurant for breakfast/brunch. The 30th Pokemon anniversary release pop up experience will go down in the history books for us and the community.

Jacob Carl Barrick Worked tirelessly: 30 hours of preparation including an overnight stay at the pop up restaurant where baking, smoking, and other magic happened to make this possible. He is really something else, huh!?

The brisket burritos couldn’t have sold faster, and everyone loves a good pumpkin bread..

We didn’t forget about pasta class (or playing hooky). Currently working on future winter dates due logistics of other upcoming events and occasions!
