If you guys have never tried this cut of beef called Picanha it’s the best of the best. I smoked it for 8 hours and taste like butter in your mouth.

🧾 Ingredients

For the dough:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm buttermilk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

For frying:

Vegetable oil (as needed)

For the glaze:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3–4 tbsp milk (or buttermilk for extra flavor)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
