We are excited to offer a Butcher shop Family bundle at both the
Smokehouse and the Butcher Shop this week!!!! For the holiday weekend we are offering a cookout in a bag, feed five for $75. The food is all served cold and the burgers are house ground and served uncooked for you to grill at home. Available Friday-Monday by pre-order only, no day of pre-orders.
Monday we will be closing early at 3PM for our employees to get together and have a little fun!!!

People have asked us about the Competition “money muscle” that we turn in to judges.

We’ve created a small dish to give you the opportunity to try the tender “spinalis” slices of a pork shoulder. Served over a delicious Greens and Beans Skillet with collard and northern White Beans, stewed with slow smoked pork belly. Accompanying that… our new Cheerwine BBQ Sauce that we’re almost finished dialing in.
