It has come to our attention that an individual is falsely making claims on Social Media, that we have rodent activity inside our restaurant.
We take these accusations very seriously, and we will be taking appropriate action.
But, we feel it is more important to reach out to you, our customer base, to discuss our protocols for pest and rodent protection.
1. No one has ever witnessed any rodent activity inside our restaurant. We are in a stand alone building, so we don't share common walls or ceiling with other tenants.
2. We are on a regular monthly inspection with EcoVibe, a locally owned pest control company, who performs regular inside and outside inspections. (Please watch the associated video with Jackson at EcoVibe). We also have regular outside perimeter spray program to deter any insects from attempting to enter our restaurant.
3. We had our most recent State health inspection on 9/14/26, scoring an "A" grade of 95 out of 100. State inspectors always check for rodent droppings and flying/ground insects during inspections. Our last 4 inspections, all occurring in 2026 are 100, 98, 95, and 95. We take cleanliness very seriously. Because rodent and pest prevention starts with cleanliness inside the restaurant.
It is a shame that someone would resort to blatant lies to attempt to damage our brand and business. But our loyal customers know we run a clean restaurant, and serve fresh food, created in a clean environment. Again, thank you for your support the last 15 months!
