Chaffee’s Brewhouse Neighborhood hangout spot in downtown Tipp City offering coffee drinks, craft beer + craft cocktails.

Chaffee’s Brewhouse is a little bar located in the heart of the downtown historical district of Tipp City, Ohio. Our goal is to provide craft beer and cocktails, wine, and mocktails in an inviting and completely renovated space within the Chaffee’s Opera House building, a structure that was built in 1867 and still retains the original charm and history of years past.
