I never thought 4 years ago when I was selling guacamole at Tinley farmers market that one day we’d build America’s First Avocado Theory restaurant! Created a brand that customers love and are proud to be associated with!

Walking through Jewel, when I was grocery shopping for the restaurant, one of our loyal customers came to me and asked me for an autograph and I didn’t even know how to react to it. I was so proud, Overwhelmed and honored!
Customers like this gives us immense joy and gives us faith that we are on to something big and it feels like it is worth facing every obstacle. Funny thing is that she was a Starbucks employee! Which is one of the biggest brands in the world!!
