Some of the most amazing moments of our year are the ones we get to create for yours. Andrew and Brian trusted us with their wedding cake, and this one was truly a work of art. From the celestial details and hand-finished zodiac medallions to the colorful crystals, sculpted accents and that dramatic red staircase, every tier told a little more of their story. Congratulations, Andrew and Brian, and thank you for letting Cake by Jason have a sweet place in such an unforgettable day.

A couple of years ago, we had the privilege of creating this cake inspired by the incomparable Dolly Parton for one of our clients. Today, sharing it feels a little different as we mourn the loss of a woman whose talent, generosity, humor, and heart touched generations. Thank you, Dolly, for the music, the joy, and all the good you poured into this world. We’ll miss you dearly. 🥺💔

The Maryland State Fair is back this week, and we’re celebrating with a cupcake lineup inspired by some of the flavors and icons we know and love around Baltimore and Maryland! 🎡🍰 Look for Lemon Peppermint Stick with lemon curd and peppermint buttercream, The Raven with purple confetti cake and chocolate Bavarian cream, Caramel Bon-Bon with fresh caramel filling, Orioles Creamsicle with orange and vanilla buttercream, and TODAY ONLY, Egg Custard with vanilla cake soaked in egg custard and topped with egg custard buttercream. Flavors may rotate as we go, but we’re keeping the inspiration close to home and celebrating Maryland all State Fair season long!
