You may have noticed a strange-looking contraption quietly working behind the counter.
That’s my cold brew system.
While I’m out in the pasture contemplating life, avoiding exercise, and definitely not thinking about donuts, this thing is slowly brewing coffee for hours at a time.
Cold brew isn’t rushed. It takes patience. Just coffee, cold water, and time. The result is a smoother, richer cup with less acidity and a bold coffee flavor that keeps folks coming back.
Turns out great coffee and great donkeys have something in common…
Neither one likes shortcuts.
