We brought the Mountain Top Caprese to the clouds. Come get one today at Alma’s Festival in the Clouds, we’re open 10am-9pm(ish). Featuring a 4 oz Ball of Burrata Cheese, it’s garnished with Roasted Tomatoes, Pesto Aioli, Arugula, and a Balsamic Drizzle, all on a Toasted Amoroso Roll🥳☁️

Something new is brewing for tonight at Timnath Beerwerks. Come see us from 4-7:30pm and try out our latest creation, the Pork Belly Polenta Popper. Featuring Cherry Chipotle Glazed Crispy Pork Belly and Fried Jalapeno Cheddar Polenta, it sits on an Arugula Salad, all topped with Pickled Red Onions (duh) and a Candied Jalapeno Confetti. Picture incoming tomorrow but be the first to try it tonight🍻

Come see us from 5-9pm in the North Field, we’re bringing some of our favorites like the Korean BBQ Pork Sandwich, the Lamb or Falafel Gyro, and Chef’s Toasted Street Corn Raviolis as well as many more fun options🎈🎈🎈

Chef Rae’s Indian Butter Chicken is back! Come give it a try tonight at FoCo Food Truck Rally from 5-9pm. A trailer favorite, we’re definitely having it for dinner tonight. Tomato-Curry Braised Chicken Thighs on a Bed of Rice topped with Fresh Cucumber and Tomato, Pickled Red Onion, Feta, and a drizzle of Chimichurri with a side of Grilled Pita, you absolutely can’t go wrong. Try that along with the Tuna Poke Bowl, Chef Mitch’s Toasted Street Corn Raviolis, and a bunch of the classics🥳
