We have a very limited supply of Chef’s Famous Dry Rub Chicken Wings only available tonight in Timnath, make sure you get them while supplies last as well as a bunch of other tasty options🥰

The Coconut Shrimp Bowl has been a staple on our menu for years now and we love bringing it back every summer, the combination of Palisade Peach and Sweet Corn Salsa with a Kale Slaw, Kimchi Aioli, and Pickled Red Onions(duh) is so refreshing in the summer heat. Introducing the Italian Pork Sandwich, featuring Braised Pork Shoulder, Native Hill Farm Braised Greens, Provolone Cheese, Giardiniera, and Pesto Mayo, all on an Amoroso Roll. We’re still feeling peachy🍑 come get some today at New Belgium Fort Collins Liquid Center from 12-8pm while supplies last🥳 Make sure to try the Palisade Peach Caprese if you haven’t already, the recent addition of Chef’s Trailer-Made Peach Mostarda takes an already insane sandwich over the top, jam packed with fresh flavors🍻

Peach Fest🍑🥳 Come see us today at Fort Collins Peach Festival from 11am to 7pm. Make sure to try a peachy play on the Chef’s Double Waygu Burger featuring a Palisade Peach and Pueblo Green Chile-Bacon Jam. We also have the summer favorite Palisade Peach Caprese that got a recent update with the addition of a Peach Mostarda as well as a Chorizo-Green Chile Quesadilla and the Coconut Shrimp Bowl, both topped with a Palisade Peach and Sweet Corn Salsa🍑
