Located at the food cart court ‘Flavors on First’ in Tillamook, Oregon, Nita brings her favorite Thai and other Asian cuisine flavors together. Known for her contagious laughter and carefree look at life her menu reflects the flexibility within her dishes. Just ask and we can customize how sweet, spicy, salty, and anything you can think of. We can also make dishes that are gluten free, vegetarian,

vegan, just let us know please! Customers are advised to call in advance two days for items not on the menu that usually require extra ingredients we need to get (includes Tom Kha, Tom Yum, etc). Since everything is made to order please allow time, we are not ‘fast’ food. Call in orders are very welcome - we ask that you please do not message us via text or Facebook messenger since we generally do not look at our messages! Our hours are subject to change in the event of running out of ingredients or bad weather (which is not abnormal for the coast).

“Thank you, thank you for being so flexible and patient while I am working alone. It’s been harder to stand for long hours over the years. I cannot keep up with full days anymore which is why I have been doing dinners hours while I have the strength. I’ve also put a pause to lunch because I don’t like to make people wait longer than they have to. I know many people have places to be in the middle of the day, they shouldn’t have to spend it waiting around on me. I love what I do and I always want to prioritize quality over rushing everything. I want to make my customers happy! I am still working on rearranging the business to make it more efficient and to have partners that see a similar vision as I do. If I was still young I would be open every day from early morning to night! I appreciate all of you who take the time to come see me even if my hours aren’t accommodating yet. Love you guys and this community”

On that note, Sab will be closed July 1-4. Our past employees C + K are getting married this weekend! Be sure to congratulate them on their new adventure if you remember them. They worked with us while they were in high school.

Thank you for all of your patience these last few weeks with our inconsistencies in our schedule. We have been short handed and it can be difficult being a “one-woman show” some days or partial days. Family, mental and physical health need to be prioritized sometimes. There will be friends popping in and out as far from Portland helping at the food cart so please let them know how great they are! Hopefully by summer there will be more stability and great things coming, stay tuned. You guys are the best and yes we are open today! ❤️

Hello all, sorry for any inconvenience but we have decided it will be best to come back on the 3rd of January after facing a few hiccups this month.
