I’ve taken over as the chef/gm at Bunker Grille at the Alderbrook Golf Course! We are open Wednesday-Sunday 10-5. I’m super excited to announce that upstairs we will be opening Tides this Friday!!

Hello everyone!! I have been getting messages about when I’m opening back up so it’s time I let y’all know what’s going on. I will not be opening back up. Last year was a rough one for me as I was completely solo, other than some amazing friends jumping in to help. I focused mainly on catering but it is not my passion. It was a tough decision but I decided to move on and close Fat Head BBQ. Have no fear if you’re looking for my style of food I am not leaving the area. I have taken over the kitchen at The Blue Heron, I’m very excited to work with them to get all y’all some delicious grub!!

I haven’t been able to get anywhere to pick up supplies so I’m going to try today. That means I won’t be open today. I will try and be open tomorrow and Saturday 11am-4pm. Thanks for understanding!!!

It’s back!!! Triple Decker is the special this week! 1/4lb beef patty, smoked brisket, pulled pork, American cheese, lettuce, pickle, BBQ sauce and our Burger sauce!! Open today and tomorrow 11-4!! Don’t forget to call in your pre order wings for Sunday!!
